Replacing screw on Jøtul F 360 Advance and Jøtul F 370 Advance series

In connection with assembly of Jøtul F360 Advance series and Jøtul F370 Advance series with magnet door solution, the upper hinge screw might be of a wrong dimension. This can lead to the hinge losening from the burn chamber and slide out of its correct position, which in worst case can lead to injuries. If this screw is loose on your stove, please tighten it with an Allen Hex key, until a new correct screw is delivered from Jøtul AS.
Please replace the screw as described in the following steps found below.

Instructions on how to change the screw:
- Lift off the top plate (or lift and turn it slightly to the side if you have a pipe outlet at the top). This gives access to the screw in question.
2. Support the door and remove the screw.
3. Replace the screw and put the top plate back on the product.
Important information regarding doors - Jøtul F 230 series
During transport or disassembly of the door, it has been discovered that the pin bolt can move out of position on Jøtul F 230. This can lead to the hinge pin losening from the burn chamber, slide out of its correct position and cause injuries. It can be solved by checking the pin bolt on the lower hinge seat. If there is a gap between the door hinge and the pin bolt, the pin must be pressed down. Then tighten the pointed screw, so that the pin bolt is locked in the correct position. The upgrade is considered to be simple and you can do it yourself without losing warranty.
