Important information about Jøtul F 200 and Jøtul F 205

In connection with the installation of Jøtul F 200 and F 205 against combustible walls, it has previously been communicated that the installation instructions contained incorrect clearance requirements.
The minimum distance to combustible walls was stated as too short, but this does not pose an immediate danger. However, if the stove is positioned closer than 200 mm from a combustible wall at the back or in a corner, the wall must be protected by a heat shield, which should be retrofitted to the existing stove.
Jøtul will cover the new heat shield and delivery. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
